There is a reception hall above our room that was not told on checkin. Party going at 11pm.. beds are literally hard as wood. When advisinb for noise the hotel workers stated not their problem. I will be pursuing a refund for this hotel night. Place is terrible

We had a great stay here, the staff was friendly and helpful and prompt if we needed anything. Great location and didn't take long to get to our destinations. Loved the pool area, but wasn't expecting a cold water whirlpool, would have preferred it to be warm like the other one. Our room was big and very clean, very nice jet tub too! The hotel was very up to date except for the hallways, they need an update. Other than that, would highly recommend!
