Worst hotel ever 1. Hotel dirty 2. Bed sheet was full of women hairs, i had to make change right away 3. Bathroom door not closing 4. Restaurant call pizzapizza service : found hair in the tea, and the cup was dirty. They had to retun and change the water. Not sure about the girl waitress but our was a man and we have to consistently call, . Waited for the bill and found out that dude was eating in kitchen even though we ask them to comback with that bill l’ 6. Look at all the FAKE rating 7. I paid $280 per room for 2 night 2 rooms mid july, i meant not cheap for this type Advice: renovate or lowery the price. This carpet is dirty also Pool smell Whatever i request in the hotel i got it, so hotel staff is cool though

Anemeties look nice with the water park, hall is very nice. Front staff was good, cleaning staff was dressed to play basketball. Once you enter the hallways it smell moth balls across the hall and in our room. We cancelled and moved out.

This properly is falling apart and not worth $200+ a night especially with 0 quality amenities. Pool falling apart, room floor coming apart, walls stained, carpet stained, there was a wedding that was rattling walls, hand wash as shampoo/ conditioner, beds having pieces of wood to keep mattress from saging. Because the pool is open to all floors whole hotel has a very high humidity making everything damp

The pool was unique and the staff when we booked was great. Outside of those 2 things, there was nothing good about this stay. We have 2 children (10 & 6) and they put us directly across from a wedding reception. It’s 10:30pm and trying to sleep as we have to be up early but the noise and bass is too loud. It is shaking our room (I have a video). The front desk staff said they can’t do anything about the noise because there is a contract with the wedding party. I completely understand a wedding reception will be loud, but then maybe have the wedding guests who are staying the night, be grouped together near the reception. Our room has mouse droppings (I have a picture). We had a centipede crawling on the bathroom floor. There are tiny bugs walking along the floor. The lifeguards at the pool were useless for asking patrons to follow the rules (no jumping, no children under 18 in the spa area, no alcohol in the pool area. For our first night, we told the lifeguard and she actually did something about the alcohol in the pool area, minors in the adult section and no diving but only after we brought it up. Our second night, the lifeguard had ear buds on and was watching his phone. He did nothing when I brought up to him the jumping into the pool. I wish I could say “you get what you pay for” but for over 250/night, this was a complete ripoff. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. The pictures on the site are not accurate.
