While I was looking forward to the property being connected to the convention center, which is the destination of the event we are traveling for. The connection between hotel / parking garage and convention center was closed / blocked off. I wish I would have been informed of this so I would have canceled my reservation. The main reason for this hotel was to stay within the building between lodging and event. The check in process was frustrating and quite unfair. I will not be returning to this property.

Everything in the hotel was great, its beautiful, clean & everyone was very friendly. My only quam was not having free parking. There was the parking garage, but it was not free & for the price of the room, parking should've been included

There are better hotels downtown at this price

Confirmed my reservation but then did not have the room I had reserved. I was given a smaller room and a drink coupon. The fridge in the room made a terrible loud sound periodically and I was unable to sleep without interruption. They offered a measly breakfast as a "solution" to not being able to sleep in the room that cost over two hundred dollats.
