Loved the property, beautiful and updated. Bed, furniture, linens were bougie. The bathroom was a logistic nightmare though. Literally standing in the shower to close the door past the toilet to get to the sink, and of course the exhaust fan barely sufficed.

This Hotel is Beautiful and the staff were amazing it is also next door to the Arlene Schnitzer concert hall. So it was convenient for attending a concert. Also the Chocolate shop in the Hotel is amazing. The staff were top notch it was a great stay!

Terrible experience

I’ve stayed here before, but after this visit, I will never return. The experience was terrible from start to finish. Valet parking took 10 minutes while charging $55 per day. Housekeeping was nonexistent—they just left towels outside my room after I complained. There was no Wi-Fi the first day, and instead of offering a refund, they just apologized. The restaurant couldn’t charge my meal to my room, claiming I wasn’t a guest. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to pay by card, but their system was down, so they wrote my credit card info on paper—completely unprofessional and insecure. My room triggered sneezing and coughing, likely due to allergens. It was also shockingly small, making the bathroom almost unusable—even at 5'9", 160 lbs, I struggled to wash my hands. If you’re larger, good luck fitting in. This hotel has gone downhill. Management is awful, service is terrible, and the experience is not worth the price. Stay elsewhere.

Wonderful hotel

This is our 2nd stay and it was Wonderful. It is a beautiful clean hotel in the middle of the city. Easy to walk everywhere. Felt safe. Super friendly hotel staff and super cool library!! Would definitely stay here again!

Not what it used to be

The restaurant was understaffed and service was very slow. The front desk was very attentive when present, but they also seemed understaffed (never answered the phone when I called from the room)
