Decent enough but very noisy.

Decent but wouldn't recommend it you need to be up early the next day, very loud pub below the hotel which was full of rowdy people until about 1am.

Bed uncomfortable. Had to wait for a really long time to check in. There were staff available, but they seemed more interested in chatting to each other than actually processing paying customers. Did not offer breakfast or explain anything.

Horrible stay

The night staff have very poor manners. I had 5 security guys standing at the front gate as you enter the hotel. Each asking you various questions regarding who I am and if I am staying there. I understand security is needed but no need to have that much staff making you feel very unwelcome.

Rooms were decent for London, comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet given the size of the hotel. Try not to check in at 14.00 as we waited half an hour to get to the desk! It seemed quiet at other times. left luggage service was convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful. We only used the hotel to sleep and were otherwise out, so cantcomment on the other facilities. Location is great, next to Russell square.

Good hotel for a couple of nights

Good hotel, great location and very clean. Room was a bit noisy- could hear traffic etc but other than that absolutely fine.

Very enjoyable stay. Was disappointed not to be able to experience breakfast. I queued for a long time but had to go. Nice touch with the shop in the reception area not so expensive! The complex has its own pub, but the sound of them emptying the bottle bins at night pierces all of the rooms looking over the central courtyard. However, I would totally stay again. It was really good value.

Lovely but take earplugs

Stayed 3 nights to sightse in the capital. Lovely friendly check although it was very busy at 2pm, nice clean 3 bed room, with kettle and tea/coffee, immaculate shower room nice fluffy towels. Room smelled amazing, lovely bubblegum/fruity smell. Nice comfy beds with thick mattress toppers and room was nice and warm . The down side: Room faced onto busy road, it was exceptionally loud on a night due to single glazed window, Almost unbearly loud for sleep, so take ear plugs.
