The room was clean but the window seems single glaze and the noise from traffic made it impossible to sleep. I wasn’t told it was an accessibility room so no bathroom shelving. Was also told that breakfast is till 11:30. I questioned this and it was confirmed . I went down after 10 to find them clearing up!

Staff was great. Despite the huge hotel very well organised. It was our wedding weekend and we had three rooms for our families and us. Our room was the standard plus and the extra was totally worth it. The hotel has two halves with the plus rooms in the newer area and felt like a different hotel. My brother had a standard double room and was very unlucky. First night of the three window didn’t close so was noisy and cold, they changed, second night they came back from the wedding and was full of water, machines inside, etc. The third room on three nights was ok. However I must say the manager was excellent, they apologised and refunded a night. They also provided on arrival a bottle of wine as congratulations for our day, which was a nice detail. The breakfast is busy but good for the price but a lot cheaper if booked with the hotel room. Location was amazing two mins from the British museum. Overall an amazing stay great price for the area and amazing service. If you pay a bit extra for the standard plus I would recommend the hotel.

Hotel is very convenient for Tube, near to Euston and central London, bedrooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Only downside was Check-in, not enough staff and long queues, took us about an hour standing in a queue that moved very slowly.

For a hotel in CentralLondon just over £100 for a night is a good price. The hotel is very large it’s clean comfortable and quiet. The rooms are a bit dated and my television didn’t work. However if you’re only here for a night or two, this hello is perfectly adequate and a good option. Breakfast again was adequate but nothing special.

Room was freezing cold, steam from shower set off smoke detector, breakfast room very crowded and dated, when I got up to get a drink my table was given away to another guest so had nowhere to sit. No plug sockets anywhere near the mirror.
