Has bad bits, but not as pointed out in other rev.

Has a lift Is clean, if the facilities are basic. Towels and linens are clean however have somewhat lost their heft through a lot of washing. Staff don't speak English. Book only basic rooms via Expedia as I sense when you get there they won't have an "upgraded" one, even if you book. If you know Beijing, good location for attractions. If you don't, you may want to spend that extra tenner or so. NB most guests are out of town Chinese taking their kids to the nearby Children's hospital. A little heart wrenching.....

Outdated facility

No elevator, no dress closet. Most of the time nobody answered the phone at Front Desk or Service Dept. Staff told me they are short handed. But the price of $55/night is too high for such an outdated facility and poor service. The free breakfast is good for the locals. If you are an American, you may not like any of the food there, as it's too Chinese.

这个hotel好订网，没有发票。

酒店完全没问题，有问题的是hotel好订网根本就不是正规的网站，不能提供发票，而且没有人能受理投诉，还说自己是美国公司。以后绝不会再用这个订，所有的旅客一定要睁大眼睛了。

下次不想再来受气了。

网络预定二天后房间，不能更改不能退。想住当天的房间又没有。住了半天不能只算半天--这是前台服务员当着我的面和另一个服务员说的。从办理入住到离开，就没见过服务员一个笑容。停车场保安很好，值得表扬。

房間小,沒有電梯,,每ㄧ樓梯口又設門障,非常痛苦搬行李,所謂商務房又離大廳很遠的另ㄧ棟,服務不夠熱誠

不是很滿意,唯一滿意是房間還算乾淨
