It was a very convenient spot for us to come to meet friends and family. The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were very good. All of Belfast city centre from the Cathedral Quarter to the City Hall, and the University area and the Botanic Gardens are within easy walking distance. The only downside is that Sandy Row and Hope Street are undergoing massive redevelopment so, although there are outdoor seats at the hotel, the views aren't great. I understand that this is beyond the hotel's control, and it will be great when it's finished.
