From the minute we checked in we were welcomed with friendly faces & very helpful reception & cleaning staff. Room was beautiful & clean, bed was comfortable, views were amazing. We had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay.

Please advertise clearly that the parking on the property is limited and remind tourists to book parking before arrival. This will make check in a breeze. Happy New Year!

Clean room, great customer service. Need more lounge pool to sit/relax around the pool. Need more umbrella for the pool area. Could use some crepes for kids.

The ocean view from the 75th floor was truly exceptional and very much appreciated. While the overall condition of the room was acceptable, there are a few areas where improvements would be welcome. Specifically, the drainage in the shower stall was quite poor, causing water to overflow rather quickly. In addition, the bathtub stopper did not seal properly, making it difficult to fill the tub. Upon arrival, the closet door was completely off its track and could not be opened or closed, which was somewhat inconvenient. Lastly, I would like to mention the significant congestion with the elevators. One wonders whether a more conventional elevator system—where guests simply select their floor—might have been a more practical choice.
