Old and worn

The room was not worth the price charged. For us Canadians about $400.00 a night for a room worth no more than $150.00 tops. Old and worn in desperate need of a revamp.

Great location, lovely team. Hotel needs a significant refurbishment. The rooms are shabby and worn. Chucks out of the skirting board, peeling and gaps around the bath. Clean but old.

L'hôtel est vieux et cela s'est senti dans les corridors et dans la chambre, odeur de cigarette et étouffant, pas d'aération malgré la fenêtre ouverte. Pas d'air climatisé. Malgré cela, c'était propre. C'était bien situé, près de la gare et des pubs reconnus. Nous y étions un dimanche et lundi et il faisait froid et pluvieux, cela explique peut-être les terrasses extérieures vides. Aucune ambiance.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The location is great. The building is clean and functional but it clearly is a budget hotel that needs some refurbishing. The rooms don’t have air conditioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay and always felt well at the hotel.
