Positive points: Great location, walking distance to the city centre and touristic points, great potential. Negative points: No fridge in the bedroom, low cleaning standards for a 4 star rating hotel, low pressure in the bath shower, no complimentary hygiene accessories provided ( ex. Shower cap, toothbrush, toothpaste, bath robe) room not cleaned even when asked, only towels and coffee replaced. Not enough hangers, lights in the bathroom kept flicking, not isolated windows. Overall, there is a low cleanliness standard throughout the hotel, including breakfast area and the reception, including the public toilets. Guests parking fee of £14, in the city we could find for £10 midweek. First impression when you walk into the hotel reception, feels like the priority its for hosting the conference guests and not the hotel guests.

We had an excellent 3 night stay at the Voco Belfast. The level of customer service was exemplary. Particularly from Marc on reception, Eugen, Sharmin and Dagmar in the restaurant, who all made our stay something very special. We will certainly return here again.

We stayed overnight and it was a pleasant place to stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was extensive and we had a lovely evening meal which was reasonably priced. We would recommend this hotel!

A nice hotel with big rooms & big comfy bed & delightful pillows. Unfortunately the shower was not hot (just one notch above warm) & there was a 6am hotel delivery that required the truck to reverse up a long driveway - beep-beep-beep repeat …. Then the construction crew arrived next door at 7am & again beep-beep-beer It was a nice stay otherwise
