Clean room, Cleaning lady was very kind

Left around 9 AM, was gone for like 10 hours, came back and the maids hadn’t even touched my room. Fitted sheet was too small for the bed, so it kept coming off. “Comforter” was an old blanket sandwiched between 2 flat sheets. Both of my room keys quit working over the course of my 3 night stay. I’m not that picky, but this hotel was just as expensive as any other and it should be priced as the shabby, but super cheap option, you know?

Specifically wanted a hotel with a pool and continental breakfast and pool (just doing a quick overnight with the kids). The pool was closed and the continental breakfast was an extra $16 a person. The room was fine overall other than the walls being a little thin. It was clean and well maintained for the price point. I was a little worried about highway noise and train noise (the tracks are right next to the property) but neither was a problem.

A little worn down, not clean and in ghetto area.

One of the best hotel to stay at in Waco Texas my awesome stayed at AC Hotel Waco Downtown and had a great experience. Super clean, modern vibe and the room was comfortable and quiet. Location is perfect easy walk to Magnolia and a bunch of spots downtown. Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Would definitely stay here again.
