This 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath Mt Bachelor Village Condo features 3 master suites. Two Queen Master Suites are located on the first floor and a King Master Suite on the second floor.

River Ridge 416 is convenient to skiing at Mt. Bachelor as well as shopping and dining in the Old Mill District. Located just off Century Drive, this condo is located high above the banks of the Deschutes River in a forest setting. Enjoy the sound of the river echoing up the canyon walls from the south-facing deck, which also has a propane BBQ. River Ridge 416 provides easy access to the Deschutes River Trail and National Forest for hiking and mountain biking with breathtaking views.

We stayed a week and was perfect for our needs. Three queen or king beds with individual bathrooms. We used the grill once and my daughter enjoyed the hottub on the deck which has a beautiful view. We walked the river trails to Bend several times on both sides of the river (along with a snake, deer and rabbits ... and others walking with and without dogs). Electric fireplace was nice (could use a blower to take the cool morning edge off). We also rented the 416B (one queen and bathroom) which connects so we had room three bedrooms. Used the washer and dryer - small but effective and the dishwasher. Could use some new towels - getting a little old. All and all a great place to stay.

Wonderful home in Bend

Spacious home, comfy beds with plenty of room to spread out with our 2 teen boys. We loved the hot tub, outdoor grill and kitchen. Great view, and close to a trail for hiking along the river. Central location, and easy to get to all the sights and restaurants. Would love to stay here again.

This was our annual trip to Bend every July. We've been coming for over 15 years. Things went downhill when Meredith took over. Under the Meredith managment year after year we experienced unclean and poorly maintained units. We are so THANKFUL that we discovered ARRIVED! Much cleaner units. Beautiful view!

Absolutely loved the location and view! Hot tub was so relaxing. Enjoyed seeing all the wildlife from the balcony. Loved how much room there was for my family. Quite a bit of scrapes, holes and paint damage on walls and doors. The carpet was pretty disgusting because of the stains. I think for the amount of money that I paid the interior should’ve been updated. The tile floors and tubs in the bathrooms weren’t very clean and there were a bunch of dead bugs behind the couch. We did like how the kitchen was stocked with pans, dishes, spices, etc. Using a code on the door lock to check in and out was great. Wish check in was a few hours earlier than 4 pm.
