On the main floor, the open-concept living room is furnished with a plush sofa, love seat, and armchair. Head to the game room for hours of family fun at the billiards table. This inviting space has high ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating, plus a 55” TV with Cable and a DVD player. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with high end appliances and everything you need to entertain and prepare a gourmet meal for your family or friends. Stainless Steel Appliances, a new gas range, a large side-by side refrigerator with a wine cooler are just a few of the amenities that wil bring out the chef in you. There is a separate dining area with a large table perfect for sharing a family meal.

Downstairs, a second living room is perfect for movie screenings on a 40” TV with Cable, a DVD player, and surround sound. Kick back and relax in the reclining sofa, while keeping cozy by the gas fireplace. This is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a movie after a day of skiing at Bachelor or biking at Phil's Trail or Horse Butte. For your convenience, there is also a half bath on this lower level.

Upstairs, you will find plenty of comfortable space for everyone to get a restful night's sleep and wake up ready to enjoy the outdoor paradise of Bend. This home sleeps 8 people comfortably, in three bedrooms - each with a flat screen TV. The Master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, a king-size bed, a walk in closet and a Bose stereo for your listening pleasure. The second bedroom has a large queen bed. The third bedroom includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional full-sized bed. There is guest bathroom conveniently located in the upstairs hallway.

The outdoor spaces in this home offer an outstanding way to make the most of your Bend vacation and our over 300 days of sunshine! The large backyard is fenced for added privacy. You will find plenty of seating on the patio, including a six person outdoor dining table for your alfresco dining enjoyment. Roast marshmallows and stay warm on a chilly evening with the outdoor fire pit while taking in the starry sky on a clear, Bend night.

This home includes a complimentary washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Complimentary wifi and satellite TV are another perk. Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning ; the cooler mountain evenings prevent the need for A/C. Ceiling fans have been installed to keep you cool.
