Hotel was very dated. Initially we thought the location would be good as it looked close to the airport, however it was very very difficult/impossible to get a grab. We had to arrange to have a taxi come which was more expensive. I would not recommend although the price was reasonable.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The downside was the room. Poorly laid out. Shower/bathtub combo was very high to climb in and out, dangerous for older not so mobile people. The side tables were inaccessible while you were in bed as there was wall between the bed and table. You actually had to get out of bed, reach around wall for anything you had placed on side table. Otherwise a pleasant place. Bonus: free airport transfer!!!

A friendly hotel. Spacious room, with a very comfortable bed and large TV, that had plenty of channels. Offers free shuttle to and from the airport. The use of the free Civil Service Shuttle from across the road, that takes you to the MRT at Prasir Ris is a great bonus. Has a gym and two lovely swimming pools, one on the rooftop and one in the gardens on the ground floor.

The kettle didn’t work and we weren’t allowed to bring food to our room. We arrived early after 36 hour flight and requested an early check in as we were exhausted. We’re told that it would be a $20/hour early check in fee or we could upgrade to a different room for $105.00. A bit disappointed but we were exhausted so we had no choice.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Good eating places for Hawker Food. Transportation is good but quite far from downtown core. Extensive Singapore train transit system makes it convenient to traverse distances with the Singapore travel card. I had mine for 5 days and made extensive use of it. Enjoyed infinity pool swim at the hotel and the peaceful walk along the beach area. Great place from crowded hustle & bustle.

We used this hotel as a stop waiting for a delayed flight. Facilities were excellent and staff was very helpful. Food options on the streets nearby were good. We did not have the opportunity to test many of the facilites or the breakfast.

Lovely, very chilled hotel, great for Changi Airport and well away from lively Singapore. Sweet little village, very authentic and good food stalls. Hotel has super pools, nice, clean rooms and wonderful breakfast buffet. Stuff extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great last night and day after a long journey.

Not a bad hotel. About 25 minutes by taxi from the airport. They have a free shuttle bus but the first one isn't until 8.45am. Room was nice with a little view of the sea with a free upgrade. Had dinner in the bar as the restaurant doesn't serve alcohol. Average meal and quite expensive so would probably go out to the many local restaurants in future.
