This reverse-layout townhome is the perfect getaway for your next family visit to Sunriver. Enjoy the comfort of a cozy gas fireplace on cool winter nights while watching a movie with the family. In the warmer months, enjoy a game of corn hole on the back patio or a refreshing dip in the Fairway Village private pool.

The main level has a great room layout and access to the deck and patio all set for outdoor dining. Down the hall is a California King Ensuite bedroom with an attached full bathroom. There's a guest half bath on this level as well.

Head downstairs to find two more bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with patio access, and bedroom 2 has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
