River Ridge 416 is convenient to skiing at Mt. Bachelor as well as shopping and dining in the Old Mill District. Located just off Century Drive, this condo is located high above the banks of the Deschutes River in a forest setting. Great location, patio and hot tub

Love sitting on the patio at 'bird level' and listening to the river below. Fantastic location for skiing, hiking and dinner downtown at night. This is our second stay in this unit. It is dated, but beds and furniture are comfortable and the amenities are great.

Great property. Plenty of space and the views are amazing. Would have been nice to have access to the deck and hot tub, but they communicated with me early enough to not be upset. A definite re-do!

Overpriced for the quality

The house is quite dated, carpeted bathrooms, average to below average cleanliness. The windows and exterior were very dirty. There was a yellow jacket nest in the floor of the decking that made the outdoor space inaccessible. The listing advertised a hot tub. The hot tub was uninstalled sitting in the carpet area.

Beautiful location in a quiet setting

We were return visitors after being there 5 years ago. Everything was as we recalled - a nice quiet area with pretty views, hiking trail to the river, and comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

Construction daily

Everything was as listed except upon arrival the stairs were being stained. Worker was polite and kind but this was daily. We had a scaffold set up on back side of condo with caution tape and half the deck removed. We were awakened every morning by construction work outside our condo every morning at 8am. This was not what was listed or expected and very upset this was our summer trip and we could have stayed at another location if we kn we there would be construction and noise the whole vacation. Workers were respectful and doing there job but I don’t understand why management would not disclose of these repairs. I have pictures of what we experienced and am very disappointed.

Wonderful view

We enjoyed the quiet, view and all the room. Especially enjoyed the washer/dryer. First time I didn’t go back with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. The location put us close to everything. Old Mill, downtown and the freeway. We will have to comeback!!!

Lots of room

With 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a nice sized living, dining and kitchen, this was great for the 2 of us. Large groups would also feel comfortable. The only reason we rated accuracy of listing as 4 instead of 5 was the listing said there was a hot tub on the deck and that was the determining factor for picking yhis rental. We were notified b4 we arrived that the hot tub was being removed and we were compensated. So it worked out ok. We had a couple questions while there, and the rental agency responded in very timely manner.

Great location

Perfect for pool access. We skied and did the old mlll. Very walkable and just a great location for mountain activities as well as doing in town things. The unit is original, so it is a bit dated, but very clean and the furniture and beds were comfortable. Very well supplied for those that want to cook. The mgmt staff is responsive. Loved eating breakfast on the deck with the river rumbling and the deer grazing. Will try to stay here again

A Quiet, Restful Retreat

My friend and I had a superb time while we were staying at this condo. The hot tub was already heated and ready to go and the barbecue was clean and working!!! We had a great hike along the Deschutes River below. It was quiet and peaceful.....just what we needed. We can hardly wait to return.

Spring Bend Trip

We really enjoyed the condo. The kitchen was really well stocked with kitchen gear. The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The condo has an excellent location. It's quite close to downtown Bend or the restaurants on Galveston Street. We went skiing at Mt. Bachelor as well as sight seeing to Crater Lake National Park and to Smith Rock State Park.

Great Bend location with river view

Property had a great view of the river from the deck. It is close town and easy drive to Mt. Bachelor. We enjoyed the short hike down to the river trail. The unit is very spacious and a great value. The kitchen was well appointed and were easily able to cook some good meals.
