The Space:

The space can sleep up to four guests on a brand new, queen-sized bed by Beautyrest, as well as a top-of-the-line queen sized sofa bed. Say goodbye to sofa beds of the past with their clunky metal bars and squeaky springs that constantly find a way to disrupt your sleep! This is the most impressive sofa bed around! It includes a luxurious memory foam mattress that pulls from the frame instead of folding up like other hide-a-beds, making it not just suitable for children, but also a surface where two adults can get a restful night’s sleep! (It is one the firm side so please keep this in mind when booking).
In our fully equipped kitchen, we have thoughtfully provided everything you need to unleash your inner chef. You'll find a comprehensive selection of cookware, ensuring that you have all the tools necessary to create culinary masterpieces during your stay. To make your cooking experience even more convenient, we have included all the modern appliances you could desire. From a stove and oven combination to a microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, you'll have everything at your fingertips to prepare meals with ease. Imagine the joy of cooking your favorite dishes while enjoying the picturesque view of the rushing Deschutes river from the kitchen. Need more space? This studio also has a connecting door to Unit 300 "License to Mill" and both units are often rented together. In that case, we call the units "Creative Licenses" - available by booking both individual units or calling our office.
The Bend Riverside Commons Condominiums are right on the edge of downtown Bend and the Deschutes River and directly adjacent to Pioneer Park. You have plenty of room to stretch your legs in the park next door. Take the riverside trail north or south for a refreshing taste of the outdoors. The proximity to downtown Bend cannot be understated. You can walk to numerous restaurants, pubs and downtown boutiques. The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.

Getting Around:
You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.
This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.
The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
