Savanna, the attendant was the spare saving grace. The door key and the internet connection did not work. These issues took an hour and 20 minutes to resolve. The connection ounce running was extremely slow to upload photos.

My stay was very enjoyable. I have to drive 3 hrs to get to Bend for my shopping so after a very long day it’s nice to have a quiet, clean place to stay and rest. The front office gal name Dawn is just a treasure, she will make sure you have a very enjoyable stay she is just a gem.

I will never stay here again!

The bed spread had crusty stuff on it. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were very lumpy as well. The worst of it though was the small refrigerator smelled like there had been rotted meat in it. Absolutely gross and disgusting. The card keys did not work very well on the back outside door or the room itself. We had to get new keys 2 times. There were homeless people living in their cars in the parking lot. The pool and hot tub were not working as they were under maintenance. The check in person said they would tried to call us but my number was listed incorrectly in their computer. I find that hard to believe as they texted me with a pre-check in and also check-out texts. The pictures on the internet and advertisements made this place look very much like a nice place. But overall very disappointed and I will not ever stay there again.

I love the hospitality and the staff was amazing i left my dirty towels outside the door and the staff was so quite and respectful i was asleep when the brought the towels back and didnt even know they were ther till i woke up to clean towels

When I first checked in it was late and I had a long day came to find out the bathroom light did not work but my grandson and I were both very tired the front desk offered to put me into another room I declined and said I would just wait until they could get maintenance up there to fix it the next day he was right up there fixed it and we had a light and all was good walking up three flights of stairs repeatedly throughout the day with my grandchildren was rough but I made it through😄
