The staff here was absolutely amazing from the martini bar to the group that worked in the grill bar or just among some of the standout staff. One of the best days of customer service I’ve ever had and I’ve stayed a lot of properties. I feel like once you got to know some of the staff after staying for multiple days, I had some really enjoyable conversations on top of a really amazing stay with perfect amenities and room on the upgraded suite that I booked with the Butler service. Next time I’m back in Hamburg that is my go to spot.
Butler service upgrade with my suite handled my transport to the airport perfectly and made it all so easy.

Room service with a view of the lake was a great way to start the day.
