Hotel facilities mention Spa which according to the staff has been discontinued. The in room tv did not have content loading at all. Staff training can definitely improve.

Good place for a routine business travel. Staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.
Breakfast was nice and had good variation in the spread.
Best part is that it’s the closest to metro station.
Great customer service. Excellent breakfast with a variety of options.

Disappointed
There was no one when we walked in - no security, no one checking baggage, no one at the front desk (eventually one person appeared to check us in) no lights, we doubted if the hotel was functioning. Leaky bathroom was proof of low maintenance. Breakfast was minimalistic and average in taste. Looks like COVID has had a bad impact on this property.

Excellent staff, somewhat dated and tired features
Room was large (I was upgraded to a suite), but somewhat dated. Wooden flooring had gaps and electronic control for shower was broken. Service was excellent, with very attentive staff.
The hotel is good with rooms comfortable, however due to the Metro work going on, the traffic is awful in the locality and lot of dust gets kicked up.
The complimentary Breakfast spread was good enough and staff were courteous.
