Ok stay

Great stay outside of the pool being down for maintenance with no disclosure until we went to get in. I would’ve booked somewhere else, I did get a partial refund but I went for the pool to have a relaxing weekend

The hotel is a block away from the Central Bank stadium. Staff were friendly and helpful. Recommend staying here

I love the walkway to Rupp Arena. We were staying in the hotel to attend an event there. We had our grandchildren and did not have to worry about crossing the busy street. There was one minor inconvenience - two of the hotel’s four elevators were not operating.

Horrific customer service

The rooms air conditioner was broken. Told the front desk multiple times. They said they would send an engineer to repair but never did. They gave us a fan. I paid over $300 to stay there but will never stay in a Hilton again. The service and lack of empathy was pathetic. Room was like sleeping in a sauna.

Location is main attraction for this hotel. It is in close proximity to Rupp arena and several restaurants. The rest is just average. My room had a dingy smell reminding me of an old basement. The air conditioning controls did not work...the fan was on full blast and couldn't be adjusted. The bathroom does not have a fan so when you take a shower it is like a steam room. The picture in the bathroom had water stains and there was dried caulk on the counter showing a lack of attention or care for aesthetics. Lastly, the receptionist at the front desk during checkin was less than welcoming. I usually don't complain, but for $350 a night on a Thursday, i expected better.

Property was nice, staff was kind. Only issue was the noise from neighbors, though that doesn’t reflect on the business. Could hear every door slam and people were screaming down the halls close to midnight.

The hotel was very clean, and staff was very friendly. Only disappointment was the pool was closed for maintenance.

Our room smelled very musty. Our allergies were terrible in the morning. The ladies at the lobby bar were not friendly at all. The hotel being downtown and many things being walkable was nice. The hotel was decorated and updated nicely.
