Excellent location

We loved the neighborhood that the apartment is in. Many shops, cafes, etc. and easy access to the amazing Berlin public transportation system. The apartment was very comfortable for two people. Because there is only one bedroom (the second bed is in the living area) it would not be good for two couples in my view- much better for an individual or two people than four. The kitchen is VERY limited and not well stocked- there is no stove or microwave, just a single burner hotplate. The property manager is curt in his communications and not particularly friendly

Très mauvaise communication avec le propriétaire

Le propriétaire n'a pas répondu à nos messages, ni téléphone.Fort heureusement une personne allemande a pu le contacter par téléphone afin d'avoir les modalités d'arrivée et où récupérer les clés.Sinon comment aurions nous fait ?

Schade um die schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung, die grundsätzlich schön ausgestattet ist. Leider entsteht der Eindruck, dass die Wohnung nicht mit viel Herzblut gepflegt wird. Es wird eher nur das nötigste gemacht. Grundsauberkeit ist noch gegeben. Aber in vielen Details sieht man, dass die Aufmerksamkeit und Genauigkeit fehlt (z.B. verrutschte Bilder, verkalkter Wasserkocher, abgebrochene Halterungen, kaputtes Sofa…) Schade um die eigentlich sehr tolle Wohnung.

Doppelbuchung

Leider wurde uns erst bei Ankunft mitgeteilt, dass es eine Doppelbuchung gab. Trotz einer vorangegangenen Mail bezüglich der Zugagngsmodalitäten. Wir standen ohne Unterkunft da. Ausser einem "sie finden schon etwas" und der Rückzahlung wurde nichts unternommen. Einfach ungeheuerlich.

Super schöne Wohnung an bester Lage

Sehr schön renovierte Wohnung in einem schönen ruhigen Wohnquartier; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um zwei Ecken, grosser Rewe; viele tolle Restaurants in Minutenfussdistanz.

Très bon séjour

Aménagé avec soin, pas loin du métro et de supermarchés. Au rez-de-chaussée, très calme. Nous aurions aimé des rideaux à la fenêtre qui donne sur le trottoir. Cuisine ultra petite, un micro onde aurait été apprécié. Le tapis de la chambre mériterait d'être changé. Check-in/out au restaurant sans problème.

Gute Lage

Schöne Wohnung, Küche nur für Tee und Kaffee, Teppiche sollten ausgetauscht werden, Saubere Wohnung, Im Erdgeschoss Fußgänger kommen am Wohnzimmer vorbei, besser Gardinenlösung erforderlich, ansonsten Aquarium-Effekt 😂

Tolle Lage

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und sehr günstig, weil man mit der S-Bahn alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. Wenn man selbst kochen will, ist die Küche allerdings sehr klein und nicht sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Die Teppiche sollten erneuert werden, ansonsten sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung.

Tolle Lage, sehr schöne Wohnung!

Die Lage ist wirklich toll, man läuft ca 5 Minuten zum Kudamm. Nachteil der zentralen Lage: nur Anwohnerparkplätze, Parkhaus kostet 20 Euro/Tag. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und voll ausgestattet, mit mehr als wir erwartet haben...neben Handtüchern, Bettwäsche gab es Seife/Spüli/Klopapier/Fön. Einziges Manko: die Tür ließ sich sehr schlecht abschließen! Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr gute Fewo!

Lage ist sehr gut, auch wurde der Zweck der Wohnung gut erfüllt. Gute Betten, sehr sauber, sehr gute Dusche. Für Kurzreisen sehr gut geeignet. Der Vorhang macht das Wohn-Schlafzimmer viel zu dunkel. Hier wäre eine hellere Farbe besser, ansonsten wird unnötig Strom für das Licht verbraucht. Nachts oder eher gegen Morgen kann es auch mal lauter werden, wenn die Bar gegenüber schließt!

Schönes, gepflegtes Appartement

Der Check-in war unkompliziert und sogar schon etwas früher möglich :) die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, zum Bus läuft man 5min zur SBahn ca. 15min. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Décoration cocoon, restaurants à 50 mètres pour le déjeuner, le repas du soir, quartier calme, vert de quoi vivre comme les berlinois quelques jours. Le métro tout près, une excellente ambiance, chill et relax

Top Lage, super Wohnung

Sehr schöne Wohnung, ruhig und zentral gelegen. Bequeme Betten, gut eingerichtet. Kücke o.k. für Frühstück und Nudeln. (mehr braucht es auch nicht an der Lage). Kommen gerne wieder :-)

Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet und sauber. Ausstattung wie Handtücher, Toilettenpapier etc. top. Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Nicht verdunkelnde Vorhänge würden den Aufenthalt noch perfekter machen. Die Lage ist super.
