Great stay 10/10

We booked a four night stay in Berlin using Tesco vouchers - it was fantastic value. The hotel was lovely and very convenient. We arrived on my birthday, so staff had decorated my bed and left chocolates and little cakes. It made my day extra special. Dominique on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Valentine get away weekend

Stayed for 3 nights. We requested a double room- unfortunately it was 2 twins that couldn’t be pushed together and they had no other rooms. It was Valentine’s Day so that was slightly disappointing. The bartender that night was very nice. My husband said on the 3 night though the bartender said some questionable things for someone in hospitality. They were responsive when he brought it up. Beds were comfortable and clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the hotel was in a good location with easy access to the subway. We walked most places though. We’d stay again.

A wonderful hotel. The art suite is very spacious and a very large bed. Room was perfect and lovely having access to the terrace also. Breakfast was fantastic, a great range of items. Staff were friendly however we asked for extra coffee and were told it would be brought to the room but this did not happen - not really a big issue though, and we would stay here again.

The hotel was excellent. Great location. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Location excellent. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast especially range of fresh fruit, freshly cooked eggs benedict and omelette which were delicious. . Only negatives were Room was very warm and hot self serve food,although tasty, was cold. All in all would stay again and recomend to friends and family. Lovely stay.
