All in all a very lovely stay, excellent central location, the hotel was very stylish and clean, room was a good size, nice fresh bathroom, and pleasant breakfast area with a nice selection of fresh food. The only two downsides were that the heating in the room was set too hot, and although there was a device to regulate the heating in the room, it didn’t work properly so defaulted to a higher temperature. The other, more minor downside, was that the breakfast buffet was not replenished properly in the last hour of the breakfast. This was however not the case on the last day of our stay when a very friendly gentleman working that shift worked very diligently to refill everything, and also greeted all the guest warmly as they entered.

I did book the hotel knowing that it was a staffless hotel, but I wasn't very impressed. If you want to check-in early you can't and you can't check out late either (even if the website says you can). The one staff that was there was nice, and the hotel was very clean and in a good location.

Phenomenal customer service that was above and beyond! I slipped and hurt myself and needed a doctor and the staff called one for me and the doctor came to the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and lovely and had great amenities.

Un séjour absolument parfait à Berlin ! L’hôtel bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, en plein cœur de la ville, à proximité immédiate de tous les monuments et quartiers touristiques. Tout se fait quasiment à pied, ce qui est extrêmement pratique pour découvrir Berlin sans contrainte. L’arrivée et le départ sont entièrement autonomes, un vrai plus en termes de confort et de flexibilité. Dès l’entrée, l’hôtel sent très bon, ce qui donne tout de suite une excellente impression. Les infrastructures sont de grande qualité, tout est très propre, moderne et parfaitement pensé. L’hôtel est également très bien insonorisé, ce qui garantit un repos optimal après de longues journées de visite. Honnêtement, c’était parfait, rien à redire. Je recommande à 100 % et j’y retournerai sans hésiter !
