Phenomenal customer service that was above and beyond! I slipped and hurt myself and needed a doctor and the staff called one for me and the doctor came to the hotel. The hotel room was spacious and lovely and had great amenities.

Die Unterkunft ist nett und sauber. Check-In und Check-Out sind digital und unkompliziert. Aber die menschlichen Komponente fehlt schon. Die Damen, die vor Ort sind und das Frühstück betreuen, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Personalloser Checkin und Checkout klappt tadellos. Auch die Rechnungszusendung per email mit Firmenadresse sehr gut. Frühstück einfach aber sehr gut mit freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Service. Lounge mit Obst und Filterwasser-Hahn. Zimmer geräumig ruhig und sauber. Alles in allem: Ich komme gerne wieder!

Superbra för en weekend

Rent och fräscht med mycket bra läge nära Hackescher Markt och S-bahn. Obemannad reception. Helt ok frukost.

Iskold oplevelse og dårlig service

Jeg var forretningstur og skulle overnatte 3 dage. Da jeg ankommer til hotellet sent første aften (kl. 22:00), var værelset iskoldt og føltes som 5 grader. Aircondition virkede ikke. Radiator virkede ikke. Jeg ringede til hotellet, som sagde de ikke kunne gøre noget og deres tekniker ville komme dagen efter. Jeg sov derfor med alt tøj og 2 x dyner. Næste dag kommer jeg tilbage fra arbejde kl. 17:30 og opdager tekniker ikke har været der. Jeg ringer igen og de sender mand forbi, som blot bekræfter aircondition og radiator ikke virker. Han siger at tekniker igen er gået for dagen og derfor ikke kan hjælpe. Han kommer tilbage med en varmeblæser, som kun virker når jeg er på værelset og som larmer. Så der jeg kommer retur for middag med kunder kl. 23:00 er værelset igen iskoldt. Næste dag kommer jeg retur fra arbejde kl. 22:00 om aften og nu har tekniker været der og værelset står på 28 grader og jeg kan ikke skrue ned for varmen. Virkelig dårlig oplevelse og service jeg havde med dette hotel og jeg tænker ikke at bruge det igen. Jeg har 6-8 overnatninger om måneden i Berlin, men bliver ikke dette hotel jeg vil bruge.

Struttura molto centrale e comoda. Personale però completamente assente. È tutto automatico e non facilmente intuibile. Per il cambio e la pulizia degli asciugamani bisogna contattare ogni giorno la reception tramite il telefono della hall e rispondono da un altro hotel nelle vicinanze. Buono il refill gratuito dell'acqua nella reception e il deposito valigie. È comunque assurdo che all'interno della struttura non ci sia un addetto a cui poter chiedere anche una semplice informazione.
