Good hotel in city centre with parking underneath the hotel (pay extra but it's competitive and convenient). Great breakfast. Only issues were pillows, and a bit of a mess up when our third person in the room arrived the next day. BUT on the whole good.

The hotel is located in a convinient area and the breakfast is decent but other than that it was not good at all. When i arrived i recieved a room that smelled completely like cigarettes. After i was moved to another room i was surprised to find a pair of underwear from a previous guest laying on the floor. When i told the feont desk it disnt seemed they care to much. I explained that this is replusive and means that the rest of the room wasnt cleaned as well so i request a full clean. After waiting in my room and no one arriving i contacted hotels.com and only after that did the hotel cleaning staff show up. The next day i put a sign on my door not to enter. When i returned from my meetings outside the hotel i was surprised to see my room had been made up and the sign was put back next to the TV. Besides this my colleague who stayed in another room recieved a wake up call at 4am for no reason at all.

Very clean throughout, staff helpful and breakfast options good. Room was on the small side for 3 of us, especially as the only mirror near a socket or counter was in the bathroom. Luggage storage available before and after check in. Great location, only 5 mins walk to station. Snacks and drinks available to buy in reception, however it would’ve been good to have a water cooler available rather than buying plastic bottles. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Perfect area for marathon runners and family. Walked about 17 minutes south to view at half way point and then later walked about 17 minutes up north to Potsdam Plaza when runners were about 39 kilometers. Large healthy breakfast selection. Runners did have to walk a bit around runner route or take subway across route to get back after finish though but manageable. Lots of runners stayed at this hotel.

Two nights in Berlin

Very hard / firm bed. Bathroom was small and lacked privacy if one guest needed the toilet at the same time the other guest was using the sink or shower. Parking garage and spaces are not designed for cars larger than 2 doors, let alone a mini-van.

Great hotel location

Rooms were clean and spacious. Quiet and comfortable. Great location, walking distance to most historical places yet out of the main tourist area so was quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast to set you up for the day.

Reception staff exceedingly good . Polite well mannered , gave good advise for us tourists from UK with maps taxi services . Ordered taxis promptly for local tourist places and finally to airport . Being able to leave suitcases on last day after checkout till time of later flight was excellent and very convenient for us . House keeping daily cleaning of room provided fresh linen and replaced teas and coffees . Breakfast provided variety of food . Location very suitable as a short walk took us to Potsdam platz where plent of food shops and tourist buses available . Enjoyed our 5 day stay .

Not my greatest stay!

1. The sofa bed in my room was dangerous. It had pieces of metal sticking out which hurt my sons leg. 2. The room was cold. 3. There wasn't a hot breakfast and the eggs weren't scrambled properly they were microwaved.
