This is by far the worse stay I've ever had in my life. The rooms were very smelly and cleaning barely acceptable, they forgot to empty garbage for a few days. We stayed 5 nights for a convention. Stay away!!!!! Wifi wasn't working for the first 3 days and the staff wasnt helpful about it. I contacted Hotels.com and they weren't able to do anything!

Was there one week for business and the internet did not work one day…. Very bad when you need to work. My group and I made the comment most day to the counter desk. They kept saying they were fixing it bure it actually never worked not even one of the 6 days.There also was a bad smell in the room because the rooms are very old.

Upon check in the clerk was friendly. The other clerk was to busy on her phone to acknowledge us when we came to gather our luggage No Air conditioning. Elevate didn’t work. We had to carry our luggage to the 7th floor only to realize the doors were locked. The key to our room did not open the door. Now taking the stairs again to the ground floor with our luggage. We were able to take this elevator to the 7th floor. The clerk cared less. Because we waited 10 min before taking the stairs, we missed our train.

This is a 2.5 star hotel at best. Rooms were clean but dated with very stained carpets. Wifi was unreliable. Door uses a key and requires you to lock the door once inside the room as well. I prepared laundry and left it in my room. Housekeeper did not take it. I tried to give it to her and she refused. Called the front desk and they said to leave it in the room. It still was not picked up so I called the front desk again. Was finally instructed to bring it down to the front desk. They did not inform me or deliver the laundry once it was ready. I had to go ask. This is really poor service. The external laundry company they use stretched out my shirt. Do not stay at this hotel for business. If you are looking for a cheap vacation hotel--it is fine.

No one cares the curtains dont keep your room dark

Centeral so very noisy... matreass is totaly used but the main problem was the light... you wake up feeling there is a loom of light right at your face... the "thick" curtains arent really thick to make your room dark and due to the direction of the building the light is really hard to bare. Woke up at dawn and couldnt sleep

This property is in a great location! We trained in from Copenhagen and flew out of the airport. Because this hotel is so close to the train station, both trips were super easy. So many GOOD cafés within feet of the hotel and access to shopping & sightseeing is excellent. Our room was quiet and clean!

Staff were friendly. Elevator has long term repair issues and is not accessible from the ground floor. You must walk up to 1st floor then take elevator from there. Elevator is also very slow and there is no option to go up the stairs. With that in mind, the place was fine.

The hotel is right in the middle of a busy part of Charlottenburg, so if you aren’t into city sounds this place won’t be for you. We n ended something quick and cheap and exactly that but more. The hotel wasn’t dirty or divey and there is a massive variety of food in the area.
