Air conditioner didn't work. I should've checked prior but I assumed a hotel like this would have a mini fridge and at least a safe. If it wasn't for the location, the price wouldn't be worth it. When I checked in, my credit card didn't work after two attempts and the employee said "if you don't pay, I can't let you in"... Obviously. That's how services work. Why say something so apparent? I found that rude.
