Close to main railway station in Berlin, transport and site seeing. Comfortable bed, but more pillows would be a nice touch.

Overall is good as it's just opposite the Berlin central station. There is no kettle, Cup, disposal tooth kits in the room. Luckily i always bring my own portable kettle & toiletries.

Since we are also traveling to cologne, it was a perfect location as it's by the central station. However, if you’re a light sleeper,the noise from the train can be an issue. I didn't try any amenities,or any food. The room is clean and tiny but enough space to move around. I agree with other reviews about their staff, they're not very welcoming and friendly, but they answer any questions you have.

Rude front desk

Hotel was good- breakfast was fine. The gentleman who worked the desk late at night was not friendly and sarcastic to the point of being mean. Clearly doesn’t like Americans and muttered under his breath in german to his colleague who looked up embarrassed, probably fearing one of us spoke German- she felt bad Went out of his way to be mean to each person in. K
