I loved this hotel. It's tucked away into a small side street just off the main street, which does wonders in cutting down the noise. I also didn't realize when booking that this hotel is in the middle of a major shopping hub, which was a nice surprise. The initial reason I chose this hotel was because it was a few feet away from a U-Bahn stop, which made getting around Berlin sooooo much easier for me! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were very clean and well-kept, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. If I stay in Berlin again, I'm going to remember this place!

Good and excellent location.

Generally very good, excellent location and friendly staff. Only oddity was the bathroom in our "upgraded" room. This had the toilet to one side of the sleeping area, with the shower and basin in another space on the opposite side of the room. After using the toilet one needed to walk through the bedroom to wash one's hands.

The hotel is at a central location, where there are many high-rated restaurants and bars. The Italian restaurants on the cross street and the jazz bar called the Hat on the left side of the hotel, where you can listen to live jazz bands every night, are amazing. The rooms are cleqn and the staff are super-friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
