The breakfast was ok, but no bacon or sausages. I mean, in the country of the Bratwurst, you'd expect some type of sausage for the money being charged! Also, there was supposed to be a room cleaner every 2 days, bet we only received one very very basic clean in 5 days, plus a couple of towel changes.

I liked how it was right next to everthung down town. Place was clean and a nice cheaper place to stay. Only downside for my own room was that the light for the bathroom was out but it was sunny out so want really needed.

Good location

The hotel was clean with a comfy bed. We were in walking distance of the attractions in Berlin so convenient location. The area was nice and quiet with a few restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay again.

No phone in the room. That was a surprise. No fridge in the room. There was a note about the frequency of the room cleaning and extra charge of EUR 15 which I did not quite understand if it applied or not as my room was made up everyday (but perhaps not cleaned?) It was a generally central location close to the metro, the businesses (so, likely good for certain business travelers) and about 15 min walk to the Museum Island. The layout of the hotel made one wonder about how secure the door to the blocks where the rooms would be. Uneventful stay which served the basic purposes.

We had a pleasant stay here. The room was large, clean and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. We planned to do laundry here with the assumption there would be a laundry room, but unfortunately it was an incredibly pricey laundry service which was not within our budget... thankfully there was a nearby laundromat that we used instead! The location is a decent walk away from most tourist attractions, but this was no problem for us as we enjoy walking. I would stay here again for a short term stay!
