The hotel is quite new and comfortable; the breakfast is exceptional. However, staff responsiveness could be improved, with a more proactive and resourceful approach. Furthermore, providing readily available taxi services, perhaps with a designated attendant, would enhance the five-star experience.

Good level of facilities and service quite a lot of noise was given at extra cost a better room but this fronted onto building work that caused noise from about seven am so wasn’t really an acceptable upgrade which meant to keep noise manageable had to fully shut windows at night not my preferred option

Supposed to be VIP access - got there at 1.30pm but after coming back 3 times we didn’t finally check in until 4pm. I thought Expedia VIP meant early access. Didn’t get any other benefits either. Great hotel otherwise. Not sure if the bad part of the review is aimed at Expedia or the hotel

The spa services were awesome. Mai was great. The restaurant breakfast was really good. I loves the salad and the grilled shrimp. Beautiful hotel. All of the staff at the hotel were so helpful. I would totally stay here again. My room was very comfortable and the bed was just right!
