The lobby is beautiful. The staff is eager to serve. The location could not have been better. The room was exceptionally quiet and clean. My only quibble (and it is really a quibble) is that I never got a second or third vanity kit even though we stayed 5 nights.

Nice room, decor, amenities and size. Hotel is opulent rather than sparse with good character. Fairly good location short walk from most tourist sites and shopping malls. Breakfast was ample selection and good quality.

Loved loved loved staying here. If you want a true experience of Belin, and to be able to get around easily this is THE PLACE. I was lucky to experience Festival of Lights last weekend and this location was one block away from some of the main locations for that. A mist experience in Berlin
