I really loved staying at this hotel. It has such a cool, unique style. Really well-designed and full of thoughtful little details that make it feel special. You can tell a lot of care went into creating the space. The location is amazing, right near the subway and super close to all the main sights. Plus, the neighborhood is packed with great restaurants and cute cafes, so there’s always something nearby to check out. The staff were awesome too, super friendly and helpful the whole time. Honestly, it was just a great experience all around. I’d definitely stay here again!

My single room was a good size, the bathroom was larger thn I expected. The staff speak great English, and the French toast for breakfast was gorgeous. The hotel is in a very handy location, for the Underground and trams, and I felt safe walking alone nearby even at 11pm at night. It is close to Hackescher Market (a bit like Camden Market) and the Hackescher cinema (which shows films in English or with English subtitles) the area nearly feels a bit like Soho, young and arty(but not so crowded).

Very nice hotel. I would stay here again. Check in could be improved as receptionist was eating a baguette when I checked in. There is a kettle and coffee/tea in the room but no cream/milk powder.

This is a wonderful property with a great staff. Parking was relatively convenient, although not on site. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Breakfast and bar were very good. It’s in a convenient location. I would definitely stay here again.

Happy with our stay!

We were at the Circus Hotel for 3 nights. Unfortunately our room faced a very busy area so it was noisy if we tried to open the windows. The location was within walking distance to many of the major sites. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. Having a car was a hassle as we had to obtain a parking pass from the hotel for a parkade one block away which is no small feat in busy Berlin! The hotel definitely met our needs.

Lovely stay in a Superior room, our son and daughter-in-law stayed in a basic room which did look a bit small for the money. The hotel had a good breakfast, you could order from the menu and not pay the expensive all-in option. They had lovely cards with ideas of unusual things to do in Berlin. One issue was that the safe got stuck, wouldn't recognise the code, with our passports in it but the night receptionist sorted it out for us after about half an hour and got it open. So good service.

Really lovely hotel with some character, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Most comfortable hotel bed I have stayed in for a long time! The location is great, lovely area with lots of cafes and restaurants and easy access to the U Bahn. Only criticism is no milk in the rooms for the tea and coffee. We’ll definitely be back!

We loved our stay. Great location, and the Maisonette apartment was brilliant for 3 people… so these are just niggles: • Sofa bed had only one comfy spot to lie in • Shower didn’t drain brilliantly • Cleaning service was spotty • Would have been nice to be able to sort out recycling
