NO handicapped access from surface parking lot, very bad. I was a solo traveler so I couldn't unload luggage at front door and also park my car around the back of the building. I had to park my car first and then load my luggage onto my ROLLATOR and roll myself up and around the building to the front entrance because the only door from the parking lot has steps to the door and then a long staircase to the lobby.

Excellent stay, very comfortable, clean rooms and convention facilities. The front desk staff especially Emmanuel, Precious, and Mary are wonderful and helped us to have an even more enjoyable experience. I’ll be back’

A problem with my arrival was graciously attended to and fixed amazingly. Rooms were cleaned daily and every staff member I saw had a smile and a greeting. Like any places in our country right now they are a little short staffed and that made wait times for some things longer, I will be a returning guest,
