Great place, very clean. Just a walk across the street to the WEM. Gym is in the WEM, elevator had times of not working the best and the breakfast was good. No muffins but great options.

The bedding smelt of urine, I originally asked for a cot Friday night, didn’t receive. Had to ask 3 more times Saturday, finally had to send my child to ask as she was needing one for bed. Bathtub was splattered with either coffee or blood. Room telephone didn’t work.

Our room was very clean, however on the third floor, we were placed right across from the dining hall and right beside the ice machine and microwave. To say we didn’t sleep was an understatement. We had to listen to the microwave and ice maker at all hours of the night, people running through the hallways yelling, and overall was a very rough night.

Long wait to check in

Check in was wayyy too long. There was only one attendant at the front desk. The room itself was good. Comfortable beds. Check out you are also waiting in line, again, only one attendant at the front desk. Would be nice if there was a key drop off for checking out.

It was very noice room, room temperature varies, bed not comfortable and pillows were poor One key didn’t work didn’t bother to look into it. Desk reception didn’t know the area around the hotel. All in all disappointing While booking wanted pool, hot tube and breakfast. One out of three sad. Breakfast was good to bad about pool and hot tube

Our bed was covered in hair, and a towel in our bathroom had a big dirt stain across it. I asked the staff if they could change it out. They said they would send someone to clean it up. Only, they didn’t. They just remade the bed, leaving all of the hair, on the last day I noticed that the dirty towel was gone. Breakfast there consisted of an uncovered large bowl of cold hard boiled eggs and pancakes. We spent four nights there. Would not recommend

Took over half hour to check in. Staff refused to provide me a receipt stating they couldn't find the information. After waiting over twenty minutes while they served another client in the middle of my check out, they insisted they would call that afternoon and email me the receipt. They did not. I have no receipt for this stay despite my credit card showing THREE pending charges from them.
