Place felt sketchy. No electricity all night.

Everything about the establishment was superb, a A#1!!! I did leave something in the dresser under the TV, in the top drawer, in the right back corner. It was a tube of testosterone cream. If there was a way to get that back, it would be appreciated!!! This was in room 105. Thank you for a great e week!!!😎 Michael S Beasley

The staff was very friendly, especially the woman who did the breakfast area.

First off, the staff was incredible - he was friendly and helpful. Just interacting with him made me feel comfortable. The reason I gave 4.stars for the property is only because the hallway carpet looked well used. But you could tell they try to upkeep the property as the walls looked nice. We did not use the pool so can’t review. I expected the room to be clean and comfortable but it exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean and fresh smelling. The sheets were not thin and the pillows were comfortable. There is an A/C in the room which kept the temp like we like it. The room we had had a walk in shower. It may be older but it was in great condition - no stains or buildup of any kind. The water pressure was amazing helping to relieve the body after a long day of travel. There are a ton of restaurants nearby but two are in the same parking lot, a Mexican restaurant and a fish fast food place. It was nice to walk across the parking lot for a good meal - we ate at the Mexican restaurant - try the blue margarita - it was delicious. The last experience at the hotel to review is the breakfast which is out from 5-9 am. It was pretty good - juices, coffee, fruit, yogurt and smoothies, bagels, biscuits and toast, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, and make your own waffles. They kept it very clean and restocked as soon as something was depleted. Would definitely stay here again if I was driving through Pueblo.

The television in the sitting room did not work, and despite numerous requests to front desk it remained inoperable for the two nights we were there. Housekeeping did not come and whan they were in the unit next door I inquired if they were going to do my unit and was told no. It was later in the afternoon, probably 4:30, BUT they had not come earlier The toilet did not function properly and there was no one in maintenance when the problem was discovered. The front desk man, Pablo, offered to try to break away and come look at it but the man was already dealing with a lot. He did find a plunger that allowed the water to drain from the bowl but the seal was leaking and the toilet ran continous. Numerous times I had to stick arm into toilet to get it to seal. Several previous trips things were ok at this location BUT the recent trip seemed to be filled with people that did not care with the exception of Pablo who apologized numerous times.
