I can't say enough good about this hotel. My sister and I travel every year together for our birthdays and this has been the best hotel by far! First, the view is amazing! It is conveniently located to everything. Then, the staff are amazing! Mary Beth, the concierge, was so friendly and helpful! Gavin, a valet, was also so friendly and helpful- gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants! The rooms are wonderful- so clean and comfortable! This hotel thought of everything- it has all the extras and more!! I recommend it 100%!! You will not regret it!

The property staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the room isn’t horrible but the curtains had what appeared to be ketchup on them and some of the linens were stained. Overall though, the hotel itself was a good purchase. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the breakfast was consistent. Great find for the price. A little far from all the main attractions, but quiet and safe. Everyone was very kind and helpful.

Stayed with my daughter for one night. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When I booked the room I thought all rooms had bathtubs, but ended up being given a room with just a shower. When I spoke to the front desk about it the host was very understanding and switched me to a room with a tub. The room was clean and smelled very nice. The swimming pool and hot tub were small, but great. The breakfast was the best continental breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. The food was fresh and everything was clean. The coffee was delicious. The hotel was right near downtown shops and restaurants. We were able to easily walk to the park and to eat and shop. The only critique I have to offer is that I wish they had a vending machine or a small store. My daughter needed medicine for a headache and they didn’t have any children’s Tylenol or anything. I also would have liked more options for evening snacking. Other than that we had an amazing stay and we will definitely stay again.

The resort is beautiful we were a little disappointed the snack shop by the pool wasn’t open on Monday nor was the gates grill! The spa was booked for the day! The staff was very pleasant!
