Like the convenience of it as you just have to walk 25 meters to go from the hotel to Departures. The food is good (house made mashed potatoes, good caesar salad). Rooms and bar/restaurant would need a refresh tho.

Within steps of the Brussels Airport Terminal

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton at the end of our European trip. Great bed and within steps of the terminal. No noise at all. A very good choice. Good room service but food/drinks at the actual restaurant was very slow. Will stay there again.

Great room, poor restaurant

The hotel is very well located, right across the departure hall of Brussels airport. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The shower within the bathtub is not very practical, nor very safe. I would definitely not recommend the restaurant. The service is consistently terrible and getting worse every time I visit.
