The hotel was located in the heart of Beverly Hills. Very easy walk to main attractions. Great price for the location! Staff was helpful and courteous. Hotel parking was accessible across the street. We knew from the website it would cost $40/night to park. Was perfect for our needs. Room cosy, clean, and air conditioning was great.

This hotel is lovely. It’s clean and a perfect location. All of the staff are fantastic but Phillipa at the front desk is outstanding.Shes very friendly,professional & welcoming. She goes above & beyond to meet all the guests needs. I can’t wait till my next stay.

Bed was horrible they would sink in they were canooing

Strange humming noise through the night kept me awake and my next day was ruined

The hotel looks and feels like a mall from the 1990s that's been deserted by its customers. The lobby is empty, they hardly have anywhere to sit, no warmth, no buzz from people congregating to have a drink or a coffee. It's not welcoming in the least. Honestly, there's no reason to stay at this hotel with so many better ones at the same (or lower) price nearby.
