Pros: - Excellent location right in Beverly Hills, about 5-minute walking distance from Beverly Dr and Rodeo Dr. - Affordable room rate, considering the location in Beverly Hills - Spacious room - Renovated bathroom, with Japanese-style toilet (water jet, etc.) - Very comfortable bed - Front desk staff member Monica is outstanding; very customer-focused and helpful (unlike some of her colleagues) Cons: - Hotel is dark and uninviting, needs a complete makeover - No restaurant in hotel - Paint inside room is dated and needs a good refresh - Flooring in hallways is being renovated, causing noise - Despite having been renovated, the bathroom is quite dark and the room in general is not inviting - Mini-fridge in my room was very noisy at night and prevented me from sleeping until I unplugged it. All in all, good value if you want to stay in the heart of Beverly Hills, but if you’re looking for feeling cozy in your room and having a restful night, this might not be for you.

Last minute trip from san jose to la and this place was very nice, clean and very accommodating. I was playing the whiskey a go go and the hotel was conveniently placed near by so that made the trip even more less stressful.

The rooms are clean. The Staff has always been helpful and accommodating. The location is great for walking access to the Golden Triangle. There are lots of attractions that are a short taxi ride away, if too far to walk. Get the Waymo app and try a driverless taxi. A unique experience.

Lovely hotel with not many amenities, but in a great location close to shops, restaurants and cafes. Convenient parking right across the quiet, low traffic street.
