The manor House was amazing. We wanted to just relax. The facilities available were in great condition the spa was relaxing the food was beautifully presented and delicious and the stuff were kind helpful and happy. We will definitely recommend it will be going back. Thank you.

Breakfast selection was good. Fresh ingredients and freshly prepared.Good portions. Good service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked, and the lounge areas are comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool/sauna & steam room. Dinner menu was ok. Not a massive choice, and a bit pricy. But good food & ingredients.Portions were a bit diappointing though. Overall a great stay and will definately return. The beautiful building & friendly staff really make this place. Also a short drive of just 15 minites to Stratford, which is well worth a visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious too! Service from everyone who works in the hotel were just brilliant! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will no doubt be coming back again.

It needs to be clearer when booking a room if it will be in the lovely house that is in all the pictures or in an annexe that feels functional rather than special. We booked a superior king believing we would be in the house, so were disappointed that it wasn't the birthday treat we thought it was going to be. We had to move rooms( still in the annexe) due to a barking dog in the room next to us, which made us feel that they were lesser rooms. The specifications on the booking were not matched as we had no robes or coffee machine in room. The bar and restaurant staff were all good and helpful. We would recommend that you check where the accommodation is before booking to make sure your not disappointed.

Whilst the building and gardens are beautiful to look at both inside and out, and the food / drinks were good, we couldn't help but feel let down by the service and cleanliness of room right from the start of our stay. First impressions count a lot, particularly when you expect the basics to be right when you're paying that little bit extra for a Xmas break away. Reservations were mixed up meaning people had the wrong rooms, by which time we felt it too much convenience to rearrange. and one of the rooms was cold and musty along with a note from staff left on inside of door to one of their friends we imagine. Spa and pool not particularly clean both in changing rooms and pool itself with hair, wet towels all over the place. Took an age to be served for drinks (over 20 mins on at least 3 occasions during the evening and during breakfast). Unable to cater for busy periods and seemed mostly inexperienced staff. TBH, for the price and the occasion, we were very underwhelmed. We did let some staff know during our stay but to no avail.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom was a little cold, but it is an old house ! The communal areas are very clean, tidy and cosy/comfortable. Staff were all excellent.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Spotless spa and swimming pool. Let down by quality of breakfast ingredients, dirty plates/glasses (needs someone to check dishwasher and polish glassware). Easy parking, convenient for Stratford. I would stay again at a discounted rate, but breakfast elsewhere.
