Terrible stay

My husband and I had a terrible check-in. When I booked this hotel, we had to pay the 1st nights rate. The remaining balance was posted with the totals that I had to pay at the property. I was prepared to pay the balance, but when were checking in, the cashier said $346. No one said anything about a Resort fee or Incidental fee. So we showed the cashier what we were supposed to pay, but she said there was nothing she could do. Then we found dirty underwear and a depends in our room. The room was not clean. Do better. We will Never stay again.

We had a double queen on the 9th floor. Overall the stay was pretty good. The room was clean. The beds weren’t horribly uncomfortable but definitely weren’t all that great either. If you have a lot of luggage, be prepared to carry it all. There are no rolling carts or anything to assist with getting your luggage to and from your room. You have to use your hotel key card to work the elevator, so make sure you keep it on you. The elevators were iffy, giving problems all weekend. They say to book a spa appointment ahead of time but everytime we tried it would not allow us to book. And it was closed all weekend. I wish the arcade room and pool would have stayed open a little later than 10pm.

It's was great not happy with the food choices. Very busy Friday night and all the restaurants were full with a wait period and only could do take out from the sports bar . Not too happy about that.
