Staff were lovely, hotel was very clean but getting very tired and dated. Wall paper falling off wall. Tiles in bath room chipped and hole in shower where I think a set may have been. There is no elevators so 3 stories with outside circular metal stairs are ver loud with luggage being clunked up and down them. The lawn and garden outside at street side has seen better days. Bed is getting tired starting to feel the springs, the linen was immaculate. I also had to clean the heat pump as the vents were filthy. Location was great.

Very comfortable room, close to Napier CBD and right on the beautiful Marine Parade. The kitchenette was helpful, and the on-site laundry was convenient. Reasonably priced, and the staff were great. We will be back.

Room had a few repairs that are needed, sliding doors were really hard to open, bathroom window didn’t close and the toilet leaked onto the floor. Also the room could have been cleaner, dust/crumbs under microwave and the bathroom ceiling was quite dirty

Very old tired neglected family room. With lights on outside all night and curtains that didn’t block the light out. Holes in walls in motel room along with broken front door unable to open. Very very noisey until 2am with cars and other guests. First and last time staying here unfortunately.

Thank you for a great stay. We had a great time it was my wife and I belated honeymoon and everything was clean and warm. Especially enjoyed the spa in our room. Will definitely stay again when we are ever in Napier.
