We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palace Hotel, the property is unbelievable and very classy. Spent the day at the pool and had a blast. Your staff is so professional and perfect and treating people like kings. No wonder it’s called the palace didn’t get a chance to gamble as we were on a big birthday party. But we really want to come back to gamble this next time. It looks like the atmosphere there was just outstanding we loved it we live in Baton Rouge. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Access to my room, to casino, and to my vehicle couldn’t have been any better than what is was. The staff was outstanding. They were very friendly and were willing to help me in any way. I didn’t spend the extra money to get one of the upgraded rooms this time so my room did have a few things that were a little less than desirable, for instance the pillows were a little uncomfortable to me but I have a very delicate neck to be fair. The toilet was loose so everytime I sat down on it, the thing would move a little and when I stood up off of it, it would bang against the back wall. The internet sucked too but I’ve yet to find a hotel anywhere that does have decent internet.

There was a couple of complaints… 1st the carpet was wet near the window next to the bed and the bathroom lavatory wasn’t draining good it would take a long time to drain out , other than that everything was good !

The cafe was just what the doctor ordered.The food was delicious and had many options. Let's talk about room comfort! Thr beds will lull you to sleep, even if you arent sleepy. So warning::: do not lie down if you plan on doing more gambling!! Once you lay down, it's a wrap!
