We had a great stay. Check-in was very smooth. Staff at check in and everywhere in the casino was super friendly and helpful. The hotel and casino are very clean. Being a non-smoking resort is really a great benefit! The food was delicious. The casino is not right at the beach, but you can get a room with a water view. The walk to the pool was interesting, pool area looks nice, but there was diesel smell from boats docked. We didn't visit during pool season, so we stay at the pool and therefore the bad air wasn't an issue for us. Overall our stay was great!

Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Elevator from the casino to the hotel rooms is in a secluded area which made me uneasy. Buffet at the cassis delicious. Like the perks of the players club card. Enjoyed the slot machines but was disappointed there wasn't a poker room. Like that drinks are free for casino patrons. Glad the Palace is non smoking. Most of the employees are nice.
