I would have given a better review had the manager followed thru with our expected comp for our stay January 27th thru 29th. I was injured in my room in attempting to kneel down to collect a fallen earbud My leg hit an exposed metal mattress holder . An emergency room trip required gluing my skin on my 3+ inch gap. Stitches would have been 10.

Everyone was super friendly, but I also loved the excursions desk. Both employees that I dealt with there were very informative and helpful. We really enjoyed the free bike rides on Fisherman's Wharf, and it was very helpful that the cable car was only a couple of blocks away. Great price, for a great hotel!

Great location given the busy area, the room was quiet at night which was nice. Room and common areas were clean and the free coffee in the morning was nice. The gym was also spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable as well. Staff was great and helpful when I had trouble with the self-check in machines.

The location can't be beat. The hotel is fun. It has a game room with a pool table, board games, and more. This is my go-to place in SF. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and many offer great views. It is a short walk to Pier 39, and many fun things to do. The most important thing about this hotel is that the staff is beyond the beyond for pleasantness. They are some of the nicest people I have ever come across.
