Within walking distance of the pier

Great location within walking distance from pier 39. We walked there everyday to eat, shop and hang out. Nice clean room and friendly, helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from the staff through on through. That includes at least 4 ladies at the desk that gave both me and my girlfriend disgusting attitude unprompted. I’m never to type to leave reviews or complain but based on my stay I believe it’ll be helpful for folks to know what to expect. I feel robbed quite frankly. Even after complaining multiple times I was still served with attitude. Disgusting.

The room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff was great! There wasn’t a fridge in the room but it looked like you could get one for a small fee. There are convenience foods there but no restaurant on site. There are many places to eat within walking distance.

Pool wasn’t in working condition

We loved the location, easy parking and cleanliness and size of the room. The main disappointment is that we chose this location to swim which important to our kids sensory needs and happiness. We planned for the day to have pool time and the pool heater was broken/freezing cold. As you can imagine, this affected our ability to relax by the pool and have happy kids who were expecting to enjoy swim time. I would have expected a complimentary evening to return when the pool is fixed but instead they only removed some small Fees.

It seems like the hotel lacks profile, have an identityproblem. The room was really nice and elegant, but the lobby and the downfloor looked like a kindergarten. We were running in and out a lot and beacuse of that did we have the "don't disturbsign" on the door except from one day. Then we left at 9 am and came back at 3 pm and noone had cleaned the room. Except from in the bar the personal was very strict and unpersonal. You didn´t feel welcome.

Location is close to all the tourist things. Room is sufficient. AC clicks on and off all night. I requested a mini fridge prior to arriving but had to call for it since it wasn’t there. They brought one that didn’t work, and a second that never got cold. It’s an old property but they are trying to put fresh paint on it…
