This was an older hotel, but it has been updated recently. The lobby is a ton of fun with pool tables, cornhole, a bar and food at your fingertips. Parking was extra, but paid for in advance and right on property. The room was a suite and gave our family plenty of room for our luggage. The hotel is one block from the wharf making it very easy to get to our favorite old restaurants (Scoma's and the Buena Vista) and all the wharf has to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is a tremendous value given the prime location.

Beautiful location! The facility is old but in impeccable shape. PERFECT location for walking all over fisherman’s Warf. Will definitely be back next time we come to San Francisco.

This is our second visit to this super hotel. We loved its convenience, the little extras like morning coffee, evening milk & cookies and plenty of games. The hotel is very convenient for walking to Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39, catching the cable cars across the city or to pick up the many highways. We would return here when we visit the city again.

This property was close to Pier 39 and was great for location. The bar and restaurant area were ok…but had an almost cafeteria feel, but as I said - close to many dining and bar options at the Pier. Overall I would rate this over 4 stars but not quite a 5 star hotel, which makes it affordable and convenient. I would stay there again…

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Caza during our recent trip to San Francisco with our 1-year-old daughter. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They made check-in smooth and even provided a crib for our little one without us having to ask twice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable — which made a huge difference traveling with a toddler. The location is perfect — walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and other attractions, but tucked away enough to feel relaxed. We loved the cozy lounge area and the playful touches throughout the hotel, especially the game room and kid-friendly vibes. Having amenities like a mini-fridge, microwave access, and great on-site parking were a huge plus for a traveling family. We felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend Hotel Caza for families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in SF.
