Unfortunately, my recent stay was marred by poor customer service. One of the staff members was extremely rude — breakfast was provided, but there were no utensils or plates available. When I asked for them, I was met with attitude rather than assistance. Checkout was equally unpleasant. The staff member was training a new employee and seemed more focused on that than acknowledging or assisting me. Her tone was passive-aggressive and dismissive, which really set a negative tone for the rest of my morning. Disappointing experience overall, especially when basic hospitality and courtesy were lacking.

The staff is amazing!! Was there 4 nights and needed a late check out the last day … traveling with my 1 year old grandson and they were so great with us. Recommend things for me to do with him while my daughter was in class.. always greeted with a smile and how are yall this morning!
