Not pleased.

There was spider in the bathroom in the ceiling. The paint was pilling in the bathroom ceilling by the vent The bathroom is extremely small. The toilet had old urine on the back toilet by the seat cover. You didn't see it until you let the seat cover down. The clerk was not really friendly at check in. The hard wood floors was loud when you walked on it. The suite bedroom doesn't even have a door to separate the rooms.

Needed a quick place to stop and sleep for a few hours. We did not have time to check out any amenities or the area as we arrived late and left early. We had no issues with the property.

The hotel smelled of cleaner when we first entered. Not sure how because as we passed the room there was a heavy smell of weed. This was morning or night. There was a pair of men’s underwear and a pair of dirty shoes (2 separate floors) that both stayed there from our arrival to our departure. Our room was very spacious and bed were comfortable but we would never stay there again. We didn’t have a good feeling while we were there

Room was clean but bathroom was not to my expectations of a hotel, when using the bathroom I noticed blood in certain areas of the bathroom(light switch, walls, outside of tub, door) i don’t know what happened and don’t wish to know but I will definitely book again once they get a better cleaning crew but other than that the service was amazing

The first room we were given had a terrible smell. It smelled as if something had died. While walking to the front desk to request a new room we realized that the whole 3rd floor had a hint of that smell. The front desk lady was kind and issued us a new room with no problems and our second room was much better. When I booked this room I was unaware of the $100 security deposit. Most places we stay is half that price.

We stayed one night. The front desk clerk ( I forgot his name but he’s an older black man) that was there when we arrived was nice and straight to the point. The room we had had dead roaches in the cabinets, and the walls are thin. You can basically hear everything from other guests. When we were leaving the morning clerk (older white lady) was almost harassing a guest to hurry up and check out. She was at their door basically almost trying to put them out even after the guests told her ok give them time. The manager set at the front desk, heard the exchange, and did nothing. Yea, we won’t be back and don’t recommend
