Short staffed. Check in took a while because no one was at desk. When he did come to the desk he said he had to fix someone’s TV. The first room given to us had a strong smell of urine. Switched immediately to different room and was ok in general. Disappointed overall I felt reviews on Expedia were not accurate.

Well appointed room, clean, with refrig, micro, hair dryer, and extra amenities. The breakfast was the best i have ever had in a hotel. We will definitely make this our overnight stop every year!

There was no one at the front desk, no way of contacting someone. I had to walk around and knock on any Employees Only doors until I found someone. He was nice enough to check me in courteously.

Room and breakfast was fine but the TV didn't have an on screen channel guide or the ability to cast from our phones. The sports channel, SEC Network, was not available.

everything was just what you want after a 12 hour drive; good enough. nothing seemed new but it all worked (except the ice machine on our floor, but there were 5 floors so we got ice). two minor complaints; the whole hotel smelled of some industrial cleaner i assume was named "powder me pink" the room didnt smell like that but the hallways and lobby did. also, when we did our mandatory bed bug check, there were no bed bugs but lots of hair and dirt and god knows what else covering the bedskirt under the mattress. so not a bad place to stay, but i would not seek it out again.
