The room was quite small, but perfect for a single person, and the rate was excellent. The desk and restaurant staff were all friendly and professional. I was able to walk to Te Papa and Circa Theatre which was the purpose of my stay and Bay Plaza was the ideal location at a good price.

The noise from adjoining rooms was unbearable. We could hear every word said and the noise from the television was louder than the one in our room. Room service was non existent until I asked for it late in the evening. It is hard to use your rating above as your staff were great but your processes and the very tired decor left a lot to be desired. I will never return or recommend your services.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! I greatly appreciated their work to get me checked in early after my 18+ hours of travel. The room was perfect and very clean. Definitely small compared to North American standards but was perfect for just me and my things! Super walkable area and lots of restaurant options. Being so close to the museum and grocery store were just what I needed for my half day in Wellington!

Very dated and a very tight parking lot. Conveniently located and walkable to waterfront, Cuba street etc. Don't expect the Ritz but it was good enough for one night... skipping our morning shower!

Excellent location just a short walk to Te Papa, multiple restaurants, TSB Arena, etc. We parked up then did everything else on foot. Staff were friendly. We were on the 5th floor and barely heard any street noise, which was a pleasant surprise. Our room was opposite the lifts though and we could hear people talking as they exited the lifts - fortunately no one was up in the middle of the night, but next time I’ll request a room further away.
