The place was absolutely disgusting, and non habitable. We didn’t stay, and they refused to cancel or refund our card . I would appreciate it if someone from Wyndham would contact me. I have much better video of the room however this app only allows photos.

The worst stay ever. The attendant at the desk charged my card 4 times. She couldn’t figure out how to refund me & correctly charge me. She called the manager & he cursed her out. Then when I went to check out another customer was having the same issue of being charged multiple times. Upon checking out I checked my account to see if I was refunded the multiple charges from the day before and I was charged again. I would never, ever recommend this hotel if using your credit or debit card. Pay in cash & use a prepaid card to hold the room for the reservation. The staff is very incompetent‼️‼️

Courteous staff. Able to park right outside door. Quiet room. Linens, tub and vanity clean but floor and door jams had a sticky film, bathroom door wouldn’t close and TV had limited selection of channels.
