We stayed at Sofitel for 3 nights and it was amazing experience from check-in till checkout. House keeping services were impressive. Hotel was clean and amenities were good as well. Breakfast buffet had variety of items. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at the Sofitel in Dubai. All the staff was really great to work with hotel was close to the Dubai mall and Metro station would highly recommend staying here if you are staying in downtown Dubai.

EXCELLENT staff and service

EXCELLENT! They realised during checkin that it was my son's birthday the next day and offered to upgrade our room and do a small surprise for him. When we left the next day and they did the room they left a piece of cake and a bday card. The 2nd day I went to breakfast the recwption said my wife is already inside so she recognised me. Many other details make it great and the staff make it EXCELLENT!

Very nice location and very clean hotel.The staff were friendly, starting from the concierge, reception, room service, the cleanliness and calmness of the hotel were excellent, and the services were provided promptly. Great location, nice pool, great view!

Had a corner room with great view to the city although Burg Khalifa was partially blocked. Great view from the pool. Excellent service with very friendly staff making you feel extremely welcoming. Conveniently located near the metro ad well!
