The worst hotel

This is the worst hotel. Do not book here. They will cancel your reservation the same day for fake reasons. They said my card was declined but was able to book another more expensive room with it. They are snakes and the rudest people under the sun.

This is an older hotel that has been renovated.The small details of the renovation are sloppy, but functionable. We stopped late at night to sleep, and we had a good rest.

Comfort is real!

We make a trip through Birmingham about four times a year and this was our first stop here. We loved it. Price was affordable and the beds were fantastic! We continued on to our condo at the beach and all week long, these were the best beds! We will stay here again next time we travel through Birmingham! 5Star comfort & price!
